I am a Youth Life Skill Coach who works with youth and families in their home and other natural settings to identify and provide support for targeted behaviors that lead to stress. My approach is cognitive behavioral, and I implement skills and interventions that enhance positive communication and behavioral modification.
I work on a range of skills, including anger management, self-regulation, independent living skills, social integration skills, coping skills, and organizational skills. I work closely with caregivers and teach them the skills utilized in the coaching process to promote independence and foster success in the home.

I've worked with hundreds of kids and teens to help them manage their anger, anxious behaviors, defiance and other behavioral/ life skills concerns. My youth life skills coaching skills employ the tenets of positive psychology, philosophy, motivational interviewing, and goal setting to aid clients in modifying their actions, reactions, and behavioral patterns. It is important to note that I am not a therapists. Rather, I leverage my expertise and experience to provide necessary guidance and coaching for various behavioral concerns and life skills and can also help clients locate appropriate mental health treatment resources when necessary.
I offer a range of services including one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and workshops. These services are designed to help clients develop appropriate coping skills to manage behaviors, improve their mindset, and achieve their goals.
